Kilminorth has 14 luxury self-catering cottages, 8 of which have their own private hot tubs, with the site also featuring a heated outdoor swimming pool and full-sized tennis court for all of our guests to enjoy.

The cottages can be booked individually or as a whole for special occasions or larger family get togethers. Perfect for multi-generations family groups, families holidaying together or groups of friends for celebrations or those seeking some quality time together.

Kilminorth is an ancient manor farm, now converted into a tiny private village of cosy holiday homes all of which have been lovingly refurbished whilst preserving the original features. The cottages now offer fresh, modern design in an open plan layout. Our cobbled courtyards open onto beautifully landscaped gardens and tranquil surroundings.

Kilminorth Cottages are situated next to Kilminorth woods which offer a beautiful ancient woodland walk into Looe, and close to many dog friendly beaches - making this a dog owners and walkers paradise!

Glorious coast, stunning beaches, rolling Cornish countryside, and quaint towns and villages nearby offer endless opportunities and attractions for things to see and do during your stay.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** Free WiFi available throughout all of the cottages. Please check with your mobile provider regarding service coverage.
- **Accessibility:** Disabled access to some of the cottages. Please let us know your requirements.
- **Dog Friendly:** Up to 2 dogs in each cottage at a cost of £25 each, per week.
- **Kitchen:** All cottages have built in ovens and hob, fridge/freezers, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen and dining utensils.
- **Dining Room:** Open plan kitchen dining in most with table to seat number of guests the cottage sleeps. Extra table can be added to Ash or Bridle to seat 20.
- **Sitting Room:** Wooden floors throughout with comfortable sofas and enough seating for the number of guests the property sleeps.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Flat screen TVs with built in Freeview, DVD players and Bluetooth wireless speakers.
- **Games Room:** No games room, but there is a full size tennis court, swimming pool, trampoline, football goal, play area, crab buckets and toys.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** All cottages have central heating throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** King beds, double beds, twin beds and single beds. Some en suite.
- **Linen:** All bed linen and towels provided within the booking cost.
- **Bathrooms:** Baths, walk in showers, wash basin, some cottages have en suite facilities.
- **Children's Facilities:** Stair gates, high chairs and cots available.
- **Outdoor:** Full size tennis court, outdoor heated swimming pool ( May-Oct), orchard, barbecues, garden and outdoor bar (April - October). Marquee available.
- **Swimming Pool:** 11m x 7m outdoor heated swimming pool open from May - October, for guest use at no extra charge. Shower block and toilets, and comfortable loungers.
- **Parking:** Parking beside each cottage, further secure parking available across the site.
- **Smoking:** No smoking in any of the cottages.
