These 2 homely interconnecting family holiday cottages on the Kinblethmont Estate are a great choice for multi generational families, friends, walkers, golfers and those looking for wedding accommodation, just 10 minutes from Arbroath and the coast. The woodland setting surrounded by birdsong make this a tranquil place to stay.
The Chauffeur's Cottage and Studio, which connect through an internal door, are both self contained so there are 2 kitchens and 2 lounges offering plenty of space and privacy. Living accommodation is very comfortable with open plan design in The Studio and a kitchen diner with separate lounge in Chauffeur's Cottage, providing sofas, TV with smart Freesat and a wood burner. Both kitchens come fully equipped, with 2 washer dryers and a dishwasher in Chauffeur's Cottage. Sit down together at the large kitchen table for 10 in the bigger property or head outside for a barbecue on the terrace, where there is plenty of garden furniture.
 There are 5 homely bedrooms in total - one king bedroom, one double and 3 twins which can be made up as doubles on request. All are en suite or with private bathrooms. There are 5 modern bathrooms overall, 3 shower rooms and 2 with a bath as well as 2 WCs downstairs.
Kinblethmont Estate has 2000 acres to keep guests occupied with walks from the door and beautiful views from the solar park walk around the top of Kinblethmont hill. The exquisite Victorian walled garden, with children's play equipment, lawn games and table tennis, is a short woodland walk away.
The local area has lots to offer for days out, including sandy beaches, museums, coastal paths, castles and visitor attractions. For keen golfers, Carnoustie is a 20 minute drive from the estate, famed for 3 great golf links courses. For the more active guests, the Cairngorms National Park can be reached in under an hour, for hiking, cycling and wildlife watching.
