Kinblethmont (pronounced kin-bleth-mont) estate is the perfect place for groups to get together in a relaxed, homely but unique environment. It is perfect for extended families, groups of friends, special celebration weekends and groups of adults of around 30 or over.

Kinblethmont House sleeps 12 - 28 with many period features and certainly has a Downton Abbey feel about the place. It is a fun place to stay with lots of comfortable bedrooms – some with 4 poster beds - plenty of interesting nooks and crannies to explore and beautiful private gardens with specimen trees , lawned areas and croquet lawn. There's also a rustic garden loggia prefect for al fresco dining or a charming garden ceremony. Whether you are self-catering or treating yourselves to a fully catered weekend we are sure you’ll have a holiday to remember.

The estate is set in the rolling Angus countryside about 4 miles from Arbroath on the east coast of Scotland. Kinblethmont House and the holiday cottages nestle in tranquil woodlands in the centre of arable farmland, where birdsong, deer and red squirrel are abundant. There are woodland walks and a sheltered walled garden with childrens' play area, table tennis and places to play traditional lawn games, shared by Kinblethmont House and the cottages.

There is so much to enjoy in the area including golf, castles to visit, hillwalking, sandy beaches, distilleries, cycling, shooting, fishing and many visitor attractions. The local coach hire company will be happy to discuss bespoke tours for your party.
