## About The Property

Located near the peaceful Highland hamlet of Old Struan, with no immediate neighbours, Kindrochet Lodge blends Victorian architecture and modern renovation.

Kindrochet has a full-sized billiards table in the games room, open fires in the sitting and drawing rooms and the ability to sleep up to 16 guests. The garden has a large lawn leading out to woodland walks or down to the river Gary and Erichty.

Kindrochet is close to the House of Bruar, and only a 10-minute drive from Blair Castle & Gardens and the village of Blair Atholl.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Pets are welcome in all our lodges.
- **Accessibility:** Unfortunately, none of our lodges is suitable for wheelchair access.
- **WiFi:** Wi-Fi is available.
- **Kitchen:** The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a range oven, fridge, freezer, two dishwashers, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- **Dining Room:** The dining room seats up to 16 guests and the breakfast room seats up to 8.
- **Sitting Room:** The lodge has a sitting room and separate drawing room, both with open fires and plenty of sofas and chairs.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a TV and DVD player in the sitting room.
- **Games Room:** A large games room with a full sized billiards table.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** 2 open fires. Central heating.
- **Bedrooms:** 8 bedrooms, 5 twin and 3 double. 5 with en suite facilities.
- **Linen:** Linen and towels are provided in all of our lodges
- **Bathrooms:** There is 1 main bathroom and 5 en suite bathrooms throughout the lodge. Also 2 additional WCs.
- **Children's Facilities:** Cots and high chairs are available - please request them on booking.
- **Outdoor:** Large private lawn and no nearby neighbours. Outdoor patio, barbecue area and furniture.
- **Parking:** There is plenty of parking space at Kindrochet. The drive could easily fit up to 20 cars.
- **Smoking:** All of our lodges are non smoking.
