King’s Bruton School is an ideal venue for youth groups, a safe, practical and flexible school campus environment with a wide variety of excellent facilities available to groups.

The 5 boarding houses can accommodate up to 250 young people in single, double, or triple rooms with shared bathrooms, with self catering kitchens and shared spaces.

The main hall can hold up to 300 people, suitable for assemblies and events, while additional indoor spaces such as the sports hall, classrooms, music suite, and concert venue offer plenty of options for games, workshops, performances or group sessions.

Outside, the grounds include extensive playing fields, perfect for team sports, games or outdoor challenges.

Catering is available, with a team preparing balanced meals using locally sourced ingredients and able to meet dietary requirements, with meals served in a large communal dining hall. Self catering is also available.

Staying at King’s Bruton gives youth groups a mix of independence and support, aiming to provide a balance of learning, recreation and fun. Young people have their own rooms while communal spaces provide places for group activities, socialising and downtime. The venue is flexible, allowing you to combine structured sessions with free time, sports and creative activities. Staff can help plan events or activities to suit the group, whether it’s team building games or evening entertainment.
