The Kingston Estate is the ultimate events venue set in the Devon countryside near Totnes. Situated between Dartmoor and the South Hams beaches, make this an ideal choice for family gatherings and holidays, short breaks, celebrations and events of all types.
The Georgian mansion house and cottages are period buildings all with unique character and style and all situated next to each other in the courtyard. Function rooms on site can accommodate up to 200 people including a barn, night club and a 40 ft yurt.
The luxury cottages offer a secure fenced garden or courtyard, contemporary furnishings, king size beds, Egyptian cotton bed linen, micro fibre duvets and pillows, towels, flat screen TVs, DVD players and WiFi. Cots, sterilisers, high chairs and stair gates are available if required.
All of the accommodation has heating powered by a Biomass boiler with some of the cottages having additional wood burners. Each cottage has an enclosed garden and there is ample car parking on site for all guests in our accommodation. Some of the accommodation is dog friendly.
The facilities at Kingston include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gardens, a pool table, table football, children's play area (climbing frame, trampoline and swings) and a DVD library. We have communal areas with a commercial kitchen if required.
As well as offering a number of facilities on site, we have teamed up with McCaulay's Health Clubs and Dinnaton Golf Club near Ivybridge to offer all of the facilities that you would expect on your holiday free of charge. There are no excuses not to keep fit and unwind and relax whilst on your holiday with us!
