Set in the heart of South Devon on the A38 Devon Expressway from Exeter and Plymouth, this elegant Georgian mansion and estate is one of the UK’s top wedding venues. The Kingston Estate is a relaxed 2 or 3 day wedding venue for couples who want to get together with family and friends to create something very special for their wedding. Set within 32 acres we have a mansion house, night club, 40 ft yurt, barns, children’s play area and hot tubs for the couple and all their guests to enjoy. There is no curfew so you can party until the early hours at Kingston.Why not stay for the weekend, making the most of the leisure facilities, the extensive grounds and nearby South Hams beaches.

There are abundant photo opportunities at Kingston whether it be the exquisite Grade 2 listed walled garden, marble hall, stunning marquetry staircase or the beautiful backdrop of the mansion house and traditional 19th century gardens. Perfect for a family wedding there is a good size children’s play area and plenty of space to run around and play games on the large lawns. Not many wedding venues can boast their own nightclub, but guests at Kingston can party at Undercroft until the early hours before falling into bed.

The owners at Kingston Estate have left no stone unturned in creating this first rate setting, guaranteeing all couples the tailor made wedding of their dreams.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Some pets are allowed in a few cottages - we charge £60 for up to two pets in a cottage. Dogs can be walked around the estate.
- **Accessibility:** Bull Cottage is all on one floor and wheelchair accessible with a wet room.
- **WiFi:** WiFi available. O2 has good mobile signal.
- **Kitchen:** Newly fitted kitchens. Oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
- **Dining Room:** Table and chairs for all guests. Function rooms can accommodate the whole group.
- **Sitting Room:** Lounge areas with leather sofas, Smart TV, DVD player and contemporary furnishings. Some with log burners.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Flat screen Smart TVs, DVD players and digital radios.
- **Games Room:** Pool table, table football.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Log burners in some cottages.
- **Bedrooms:** All double bedrooms are kingsize beds and single beds are adult full size. Most cottages have a master en suite and family bathrooms.
- **Linen:** Egyptian cotton linen and 400gm towels.
- **Bathrooms:** Both showers and a bath in each cottage.
- **Children's Facilities:** High chairs, cots, stair gates, bed guards, child minding and toys. Outside play area.
- **Outdoor:** Children's play area - swings, trampoline and slides.

## Booking Information

- Please contact us for a quote and to discuss your budget. If its easier we can quote per head rather than bedrooms. We can also arrange for any catering you require this is optional and organise any team building activities too. 
- 
- You can hire Kingston Estate’s accommodation from 1 night with no minimum stay except at peak times (Christmas, New Year…) when 2 night minimum stay.
- 
- We normally take a deposit and then the remianing sum is due 12 weeks before arrival.
