This impressive country celebration house in Reigate is the perfect venue for luxury stays, corporate breaks, weddings and special occasions. Under an hour from London and off the M25.

Arrive in style through decorative gates and up a long sweeping driveway to the entrance. The oak panelled hallway with ornate staircase is an ideal spot for a drinks reception or even an intimate wedding ceremony. It sets the scene for more grandeur inside, with fabulous original oak floors, complex Georgian architraves and large open fireplaces - with careful blending of traditional features with contemporary touches for comfort and convenience.

The cottage is an ideal option for any members of the party who would prefer a little peace and privacy away from the main events, and has a private garden area.

The stunning dining room with panelling and garden views is a wonderful setting for leisurely dinners. The drawing room exudes style and elegance with sumptuous jewel coloured velvet settees and wing backed chairs, cosily positioned in front of an open fire. The full sized snooker table is perfect for after dinner fun.

The bedrooms are a triumph at Kingswood. The style is French chic and an eclectic combination of fabrics and furniture creates fabulous rooms full of intensity and opulence. Choose from a 4 poster in the bridal suite and master bedrooms or a velvet bed especially for honeymooners - all indulgent spaces with ensuites.

Kingswood Manor is set in several acres of grounds which you walk around - or head further afield to surrounding villages, for a country pub or spectacular views from the top of Colley Hill. Buckland Park is great for open water swimming or paddleboarding. The delightful formal gardens offer a fabulous opportunity for wedding photos and there is a wrap around balcony with relaxed outdoor seating for a summer's evening.
