Kinnaird Country House enjoys stunning views, south towards the Tummel Valley and a backdrop of the imposing local mountain Ben y Vrackie. It has beautiful Victorian features that combine period charm with modern luxury. Tastefully furnished, well equipped and with a state of the art heating system, it offers an ideal base for groups looking to stay in the Scottish Highlands at any time of the year.

There are many historic sites close by (including Blair Castle and Braemar) and cultural activities (such as Pitlochry Theatre and Birnam Arts). If you enjoy the outdoors there is so much to do in the area, from an array of walks, a vast choice of golf courses, tremendous outdoor adventure facilities (including bungee jumping, canyoning, kayaking and paddleboarding).

Uniquely offering (for a self catering venue) 5 en-suite bedrooms plus a single, Kinnaird Country House is the ideal location for a break with a group of family or friends, groups of golfers and walkers, for a girls getaway or upmarket girlie hen party weekend venue.

Bedrooms, which are boutique style and are very comfortable, with flat screen TVs. The bath/shower rooms are all refurbished and equipped with heated towel rails and complimentary toiletries from the Highland Soap Co.

Beds are made up for your arrival and can be made up to your requirements - twins or super-king in some cases making 8 individual beds to sleep up to a maximum of 12 people. For an extra charge you can book luxury robes (for adults) for use around the hot tub. Bath sheets, hand towels and bath mats are all provided.

The spacious dining room has a bay window and a large antique oak dining table with high backed leather chairs complete the requirements for a really great get together to put the world to rights!

Fantastic facilities include free WiFi throughout the house, private hot tub, garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture for alfresco dining.

Dog Friendly

Dogs are welcome - there are food bowls, a dog bed, dog toys, poo bags and bin, towels for drying down after walkies and a garden corkscrew tether.

Disabled Facilities

Unsuitable for the disabled. Steps up to entrance, downstairs bedroom suitable for the less able with walk-in shower facilities. No wheelchair access.

Hot Tub

The hot tub will seat approximately 6 people at one time and is covered by a gazebo. There is outdoor seating in the vicinity for you to relax.

Mobile signal good. No public telephone. Free WiFi.

Fantastic kitchen with 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, large Smeg cooker, heated hostess server, and a plentiful supply of crockery.

Bio Mass eco central heating system provides a great source of heat and plentiful hot water 24 hours a day. Included in the rental charge.

6 bedrooms: 2 kings, 1 single, 2 super kings or twins and 1 twin with option to add a luxury air bed. One king bedroom downstairs with walk-in shower.

Linen

Excellent quality bed linen, large bath sheets, hand towels and bath mats all provided free of charge.

Bathrooms

5 refurbished bath/shower rooms with heated towel rails, one downstairs.

Children's Facilities

There is 1 cot and 1 high chair free of charge, children's tableware and some toys, books and DVDs.

Outdoor

Private hot tub, patio deck, outside dining furniture and lounge set, barbecue, garden to the front of the property.

There is no pool.

Parking

Secure private parking for at least 5 cars to front of property.

Strictly no smoking permitted within the house. We provide an outside ashtray.
