Kirkandrews House sleeps up to 13 and is suitable for family and friends get-togethers, special occasions including birthdays and anniversaries, stag and hen weekends and also groups interested in fishing, walking, cycling. The house also lends itself to business meetings and corporate entertaining, and its proximity to Gretna makes it an ideal choice for wedding parties. The kitchen is well equipped and has the benefit of an Aga, but there is an electric cooker should that prove too much of a challenge! There is a dishwasher, a large larder fridge and a chest freezer in the boiler room. The dining room comfortably seats all around one large table and there is a comfortable sitting room, hall and TV room, all with log fires or wood burners. Superfast broadband is available, along with wide screen TVs and an iPhone docking music player/radio. Comfortable bedrooms can be made up as twins or doubles. 3 rooms are en-suite and there are a further 2 family bathrooms. The ground floor bedroom is suitable for the less mobile and disabled with an en-suite shower room. Outside there is a large garden, with seating and barbecue. The courtyard provides plenty of space for parking. Whilst there's plenty to entertain groups at Kirkandrews House itself, the location is also perfect for visiting Hadrian's Wall and the North Pennines, Carlisle and the Scottish Borders, where there are a wealth of attractions for every member of the group. ## Facilities - **WiFi:** Superfast broadband (fibre to property) giving 150mbs. - **Accessibility:** Accessible ground floor en suite bedroom. - **Dog Friendly:** Dogs are welcome if under control. We take a £200 deposit on booking.
