What could be better than a family holiday house just a short stroll from the beach, village, PO shop and pubs. Knot In is perfectly placed for multi generational families, friends, coastal path walkers or just getting together for a break in a stunning location on the South Devon coast. Set in South Hams, Knot In is ideal for days on the beach and exploring this beautiful coastline, with many family attractions and eateries within easy reach. This house works in all seasons, is child and dog friendly and the sunsets are spectacular!

Knot In has loads of character. It is a comfortable family house, with everything needed for a relaxed holiday by the sea. The open plan living area is light and airy with large picture windows. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area seating up to 14 and sitting room with comfortable sofas and chairs capturing amazing views from the bay window. Downstairs the children’s games room offers multi activities including table football, skittles and magnetic darts; and utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer. The Belfast sink is ideal for de-sanding small children or dogs. On a summer's evening relax in the front garden - perfect for drinks, a barbecue, or just taking in the stunning views and sunsets. Please note, however, that this area is not fenced so dogs and children need supervision. At the back a small grassed area and patio catch the morning sun.

The 2 ground floor bedrooms have wonderful views and a bath or shower room each. One is a large family room with a super king bed and 2 singles. Upstairs are 2 doubles and a triple (3 single beds) with shared bathroom and second separate toilet. Some restricted height means tall people please mind your head!

Please note, CCTV (covering the outside of the house) can be turned off during your stay if wished.

Families will love the close proximity of Knot In to Hope Cove and other nearby beaches and the South West Coastal Path. Other attractions include:
