Our six individual cottages, which have each received the VisitEngland Gold award for exceptional quality of accommodation, overlook lovely views and provide just about everything you could need, including cots, high chairs and bed guards. Our fantastic family-friendly facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, play barn with soft play, pool table, table tennis, walk-in rabbit enclosure, adventure golf, toddler race track and tennis court. Together with our multitude of friendly farm animals just waiting to be fed or stroked, you and your children can enjoy our luxurious four star cottages without ever getting bored. Devon's excellent sandy beaches are just 30 minutes away and Dartmoor is right on our doorstep. And there's a wealth of family friendly attractions for a day out within easy reach too. Our largest cottage, Woodbine, sleeps up to 8 and can also be combined with Moncks Green, which sleeps 6, and Clematis, which sleeps 2 (plus a child or cot) to allow for one couple, perhaps grandparents, to have their own space. Woodbine’s dining table can seat up to 10. Foxglove and Cow-mumble each sleep up to 4 guests but have an interlinking door which allows them to be let together to sleep 8 – see calendar for ‘Fox-mumble’ to see when both are available together. The dining table in Foxglove can seat 8. Woodbine, Moncks Green and Clematis are let from Saturday-Saturday while Cow-mumble, Foxglove and Applecross are let Friday-Friday, though we can be flexible on arrival dates at less busy times of year. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Foxglove and Cow-mumble are dog friendly cottages. - **WiFi:** Free WiFi available and strong 4G phone reception on all tested networks. EE also has a strong 5G signal on site. - **Swimming Pool:** Our indoor swimming pool measures 10m by 5m and is bright and welcoming at all times of year. - **TV and Music Facilities:** All the cottages have TVs featuring Freesat, along with DVD players. Firesticks and Chromecasts etc can be brought by guests and connected. - **Electric Vehicle Charging:** We have two EV charging points that can each deliver up to 22kW. - **Children's Facilities:** A wide range of facilities, including a toddler soft play, table tennis, outdoor play areas, and animal feeding and petting. We are just 3 hours from London and the Midlands. ### What's Nearby? - **Food and Drink:** The Church House Inn in Rattery is our local pub, and is one of the oldest in England. It can be driven to in less than 5 minutes or walked to in about 20. - **Shop:** All the major supermarkets will deliver to us or you can visit them yourself with most being within a 25 minute drive of us.
