Knowle Manor nestles in the peaceful Aville valley surrounded by the hills and woodlands of Exmoor. The impressive house offers extremely spacious and comfortable accommodation on an exclusive use, self catering basis. The 20 bedrooms all have bathrooms and include family, double and twin rooms. The dining room seats 50. The glass-roofed Palm House is perfect for larger groups and can be hired in addition to the main house; it encompasses a large modern bar, under-floor heating and seating for 120 people.

Set in 120 acres, the property provides views across the beautiful landscaped grounds, lakes, forests and the moors beyond. There are lawns for football and badminton, areas for quiet contemplation and an enclosed child-friendly lawn with direct access from the house through french windows.

Situated in the Exmoor National Park, Knowle Manor is the ideal location for large groups to enjoy a celebration, family holiday, wedding party or corporate activities.

Clay pigeon shooting, archery and fishing on-site, plus a wide range of other organised activities available locally.

- **Heating and Open Fires:** Excellent central heating throughout the house. Open fires in Red Room and Drawing Room (logs provided). Underfloor heating in Palm House.

- **Linen:** Linen and house towels provided. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own pool towels.

- **Children's Facilities:** The Red Room & Bar Room french windows open onto enclosed, child friendly lawn. Travel cots and high chairs available.
