## About The Property

Nathalie loves to welcome her guests to this holiday house in Burgundy with a cosy atmosphere and a heated outdoor pool (from April to October), and with delicious and attentive hospitality.

Located 4 km north of Avallon, La Cimentelle is close to many historical sites in Burgundy, including the vineyards of Chablis, and the A6 highway.

The kitchen and reception room overlook the park, with the option of using the large indoor and outdoor fireplaces. There's a large reception room with music system to connect with your own playlist – and no time limit for dancing in L'Orangerie. The decoration of the rooms is recent, combining the charm of the old with modern comfort: stylish or customized furniture, antique objects, shades of colour that support the beautiful layouts and the cosy atmosphere.

The kitchen is well equipped with wine, beer and cocktail glasses, dishes, utensils and cutlery. You can cater for yourselves or with the help of an external caterer; we can also welcome you for a gastronomy dinner.

For your comfort, breakfasts are included, served in the veranda facing south, in the middle of nature but sheltered from the weather. Choose from tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit juice, homemade fruit salad or seasonal fruits, bread, croissants, homemade jams, and depending on the day: cheese platters, cakes, brioches, pancakes, yogurts and homemade cereals.

We also provide a welcome tray with Nespresso coffee, many comics, DVD and TV. Free WiFi and wired internet connections are efficient.

Outside, your group can enjoy the large wooded park, al fresco meals making use of armchairs and garden tables, and wide open spaces.

All our bedrooms are very suitably soundproofed and offer very comfortable bedding (beds either 180x200 or 160x200 in size), pretty duvets, heating and local hot water distribution. Double glazed oak windows provide the best standards of sound and thermal insulation.

Our bathrooms are equipped with modern and excellent quality sanitary facilities, furnished with  walk-in showers; the light is natural thanks to wide openings.

We will be at your disposal between 8 am and 10:30 am should you need assistance.

In northern Burgundy, between Auxerre and Dijon, it is next to the A6 (E15) motorway, halfway between Lyon and Paris. It is situated between exit 21 (coming from the north) and exit 22 (coming from the south) (6 km away).

La Cimentelle is also close to the A5 and A26 (E17 and E54) motorways via Reims, Troyes, and Tonnerre, then along the D444 and D944 roads.
