## About The Property

Sleeps from 8 to 20 in beautiful Andalusia in southern Spain. The accommodation consists of 3 traditional villas connected around an Andaluz patio with its fountain and abundance of scented jasmine. The houses are very spacious and are fully equipped. All bedrooms have air conditioning. A fantastic venue for a holiday with friends and family, for a wedding or other celebration, or for a business event or conference. Near the sea and plenty of cultural and historic cities to explore.

There is a large area for entertainment and we frequently host flamenco and blues evenings. Mature level gardens surround the house, and there's a large pool and tennis court. The house is positioned in the centre of 10 acres of fruit farm. The area is famous for its mild climate thus enabling us to grow mangos, passionfruit and lychees.

The finca is ideally located just one mile from the sea in the peaceful hamlet of Benajarafe Alto. The charming seafront of Benajarafe has a blue flag for its security and cleanliness, and has a number of excellent restaurants, a bank, post office, pharmacies and supermarkets.

The historic cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba are within 2 hours driving and the old quarter of Malaga is a real surprise. Nerja and the white villages of the Axarquia are all just a short drive away. Locally there is an excellent Aqua Park.

Painting holidays at the finca are also available- please enquire for details.

From january 2027 we will have 2 padel courts so the finca will be able to provide a wonderful venue to come and stay in the houses and have the advantage of having your own padel courts. Private coaches are available on request.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** We do not accommodate pets.
- **Accessibility:** The house and gardens are on a level site. Please contact us to discuss in detail the disabled facilities we have.
- **WiFi:** Good mobile reception and Starlink wifi throughout the property
- **Kitchen:** Well equipped kitchens. The main kitchen is used during our Painting Holidays and has a capacity to provide for 40 people.
- **Dining Room:** Dining room in each Villa. There is also a large covered outdoor area with barbecue and wood oven that makes a great party area.
- **Sitting Room:** One in each villa with log burning fire for the winter months.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV, DVD and music facilities are available.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** There are wood burning stoves and radiators are provided in the unlikely event of cold weather.
- **Bedrooms:** 12 double air-conditioned bedrooms, with 5 double beds, 7 twins. 9 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite.
- **Linen:** All bed linen and towels included but we do ask you to please provide your beach and swimming towels.
- **Bathrooms:** Some bathrooms with baths and showers and some bathrooms with showers ideal for those who find a bath difficult.
- **Children's Facilities:** We have a gated patio area away from the pool area.
- **Outdoor:** Swimming pool and tennis court. We also have a petanque piste shaded by mulberry trees.
- **Swimming Pool:** The pool is approx 12m by 8m with a shallow childrens area. The depth of the pool is 1.9metres and the pool is surrounded by lawn and shady trees.
- **Parking:** Ample parking.
- **Smoking:** No smoking in the building.
