La Finca in Javea is a welcoming holiday house with a practical layout and large capacity, well suited to large groups for relaxing and enjoying the best of the Costa Blanca. Set just outside the town of Javea, this house offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for large family gatherings and celebrations, holidays with friends and even corporate retreats.

With 15 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, the finca can host up to 34 guests in 2 connected villas, each with its own kitchen and dining areas creating flexibility and privacy when required. And when everyone wants to gather, there's space for the whole group to dine together.

The outdoor area is designed for simple, easy living. A private pool, which can be heated in spring and autumn, sits at the centre of a walled patio with sun loungers and shaded seating under palm trees, a cool space for outdoor meals. The surroundings create a safe, private setting where adults can unwind and children can play. Inside, guests will find all the basics they need, including air conditioning, laundry facilities, ping pong, a sauna and comfortable living areas. Multiple spaces lend themselves to meetings, relaxings or holding informal group sessions if you are away with colleagues.

Catering can be arranged on request, including paella nights and barbecues which are popular with visiting groups.

La Finca is well located for exploring Javea. The town centre is close by, with supermarkets, an indoor market and a great choice of restaurants. Beaches including Playa del Arenal and La Granadella are only a short drive away, perfect for swimming, water sports and coastal walks. Jávea is known for cycling and hiking, so active members of the group can get out and about, and there's year round good weather.

Travel to La Finca Javea is straightforward, with Alicante and Valencia airports each about an hour away. This makes La Finca convenient for corporate groups looking for a simple retreat venue as well as families and friends planning a shared holiday.
