- **Kitchen:** Two luxury kitchens in main house, 1 with high spec appliances (Neff ovens, Siemens dishwasher). 53 sq metre summer kitchen area with BBQ.
- **Dining Room:** Large inside dining for 10 and outdoor dining area for al fresco meals. Chef upon request (additional charge), wine stocking service available.
- **Sitting Room:** Two lounges with Smart TVs with Netflix and UK free channels, plus a sheltered balcony area with sofas, and a summer kitchen area.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Netflix and Free View on three Smart TVs. French and Free view English channels.
- **Games Room:** Games area with table football, darts and ping pong. Two tennis courts within a five minutes walk, four rackets and balls available.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Fully integrated air-conditioning in the summer and underfloor heating for winter. There is a central system for controlling the shutters. Open fire.

- **Swimming Pool:** Large infinity salt pool with sun loungers. Plunge pool. Hard, child protection (with additional security fencing on request), electric, pool cover.
- **Parking:** There is ample off-road parking for 7 cars. Electric charging point - please ask in advance.
- **Smoking:** The house is non smoking, but guests are welcome to smoke in designated areas outside - cigarette butts must be properly disposed of due to fire risk.

## Booking Information

- Please note that prices are in sterling. Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday, but this can be flexible especially in May, June, September and December. 
- 
- Check in normally after 4pm, check out 11am. One member of group must be 30+. No hen or stag parties. Small dogs can be accepted at the discretion of the owner, ask when enquiring.
- 
- The house is wonderfully child-friendly, offering a safe and secure environment. The pool features a hard safety cover and an alarm, and a safety fence can be installed on request for extra peace of mind.
