With 5 beautiful bedrooms and sleeping up to 12, you will find this gem of a property in Margaret's Buildings, Bath's very own Covent Garden, midway between two of the city's most glamorous landmarks: The Royal Crescent and The Circus.

Lady Margaret's is the perfect self-catering holiday accommodation. Newly available after extensive renovations, this stunning listed property combines refined Georgian elegance with modern luxury. The magnificent rooms have beautiful proportions, are rich in period features - and we would challenge you to find more comfortable beds or a quieter night!

It is a diner's and a shopper's delight as you can walk straight out of your front door into a fashionable boutique or the very best of restaurants.

It is also wonderfully peaceful in the evening: you can hear a pin drop; there are no traffic noises; and perfect for a well deserved sleep.

Please note that Lady Margaret's is situated in the most sophisticated residential area of the city with lovely neighbours - who we want to keep lovely. Any late night noise is strictly unacceptable.

- **Accessibility:** Lady Margaret's is a listed Georgian town house and arranged over 4 floors it is not ideal for people with walking difficulties.
- **Dog Friendly:** Lady Margaret's is strictly no pets.
- **Kitchen:** The kitchen at Lady Margaret's has everything a Master Chef might need and is so large it also incorporates the Dining Table.
- **Dining Room:** The Dining Room which sits up to 12 is part of the large kitchen so that Chefs aren't left all alone. How about booking waiters to serve for you?
- **Sitting Room:** The beautiful Drawing Room is replete with luxurious sofas, antique furniture, period features, chandeliers - and a TV!
- **TV and Music Facilities:** The TV includes a CD player and offers lots of satellite channels. There is an iPod dock in the house for background music.
- **Games Room:** There is no dedicated games room although the Drawing Room is ideal for card games, charades.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** There is central heating throughout the house and a large fireplace as the focus to the sitting room (although this isn't used for fires).
- **Bedrooms:** There are 5 double bedrooms. The beautiful master bedroom has an en-suite and stunning Georgian windows. There are additional day beds and a sofa bed.
- **Linen:** The beds are furnished with luxury crisp white cottons and designer fabrics. This is all professionally laundered.
- **Bathrooms:** There are a total of three shower rooms / bathrooms including the en-suite. One has been designed as a giant wet room and is guaranteed to 'Wow!'
- **Children's Facilities:** Lady Margaret's welcomes well behaved children of all ages. A baby cot can be ordered in advance and there are games and DVDs to entertain young ones
- **Outdoor:** The front door of Lady Margaret's opens onto the most glamorous pedestrianised walkway and although it doesn't have a garden there are lots of parks.
- **Swimming Pool:** As well as swimming pools in the centre of Bath there is also the wonderful Thermae bath Spa just a 5 minute walk away.
- **Parking:** There is short stay parking in nearby Catharine Place. Parking is best at the Charlotte Street Long Stay just a 5 minute walk away at BA1 2NE
- **Smoking:** Lady Margaret's is strictly no smoking.

## Booking Information

- Rates vary for the length of stay as well as number of persons, but always include taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay and discounts available for anything more than three nights – and in the quieter months of January and February.
