Lahtle Wood Glamping is made for fun, freedom and allowing young people to re-engage with nature away from a 21st century digital world. An opportunity to learn new practical skills and for personal development, making lifelong friends and lasting memories. Perfect for school groups, organising focusing on young people, guides and scouts. Lahtle Wood has 4 acres of fantastic open spaces for youngsters to participate in team building activities such as making a den or a wheelbarrow race. Preparing a meal together and even washing up at the pod can be enriching in a completely different environment. The pods sleep 6, 4 or 2 and are conveniently arranged in 4 separate areas allowing for the right amount of independence, with the Pheasant and Peewit pods perfect for the youngsters, and the Owl and Woodpecker pods ideal for youth leaders. Beds are comfortable and cosy, perfect for a good night’s sleep after a busy day in the fresh air. Each pod has its own quirky Scrub Shack so no late night trips to a loo block needed. Activities away from Lahtle Wood include hiking, and nearby off-site attractions include North Yorkshire Water Park, Dalby Forest and Go Ape.
