The house sleeps 16 in 8 bedrooms, all either en suite or with shower room close by. Can be booked with Manor Cottage situated across a small courtyard to sleep further 5 people in 3 bedrooms. One large dining area to seat all 21, in the manor house), or two separate dining areas. Very well equipped farmhouse kitchen with AGA and conventional oven and cottage also has own facilities and separate access. Ideal for a family holiday or special gathering, the Manor is furnished and decorated to a very high standard, with many antiques suitable to this period property. Centrally heated plus open fires, games room, utility room, spacious living room, large dining room seating 21 people. Very well equipped farmhouse kitchen with AGA and conventional oven plus a dishwasher. Very popular is the snug bar room with french windows opening onto the garden. The house is set in 2 acres of beautiful gardens which are a feature of the property with views across National Trust land and down to the sea. There is a decked area with summerhouse, small hot tub, BBQ, and a private outdoor heated swimming pool. Polperro village with its restaurants and historical inns and independent shops is a five minute walk down the hill (longer coming back up!) and is renowned for its quaint narrow lanes, whitewashed cottages, and pretty harbour. It is still a working fishing village and has a good selection of pubs and eateries. The coast path walks are breathtaking and are easily joined from the property as are a number of bridleways close by. Ideally situated to visit all famous attractions e.g. Eden Project as well as some less well known ones like the Norman church at Lansallos and some quiet beaches and coves. There are a large selection of beaches, sports, adventure parks and activities to suit all ages and interests nearby. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Dogs welcome, restricted to ground floor in the Barn and not allowed on the furniture.
