This accommodation consists of 18 spacious double rooms, each with its own private bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy, accommodating up to 54 guests. The rooms are set around a cozy central living room, ideal for meals, meetings or celebrations. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances like a dishwasher, oven, microwave and ample refrigerator space. For those who prefer a quieter retreat, a reading nook provides a relaxing space to unwind with a book and a drink. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a sitting area, kitchenette, two single beds, a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The circular design of the building incorporates reused materials, minimizing environmental impact while retaining a charming atmosphere. Guests won't notice the sustainable choices, as old materials like doors and window frames have been seamlessly integrated into the interior design. Outside, the estate offers a terrace and a playing field where children can enjoy themselves. Surrounded by the beautiful nature reserve, the location is perfect for soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the stunning views, or head out on foot or by bike on one of the many trails to explore the 800 acre nature reserve. And there's plenty to enjoy away from the estate, with local towns providing an insight into the region's trading history and modern street art bringing a contrasting contemporary feel.
