Situated in the heart of the Peak District in a rural position with stunning uninterrupted views, this venue is great for business groups looking to be inspired by the great outdoors. This recently refurbished farmhouse offers luxurious accommodation with 13 bedrooms and 9 en suites/bathrooms, with all of the bedrooms having the option of being made as a double or twin. A large spacious dining room is the perfect space for meetings and with three different lounge areas there is plenty of space for break out meetings. We can provide you with flip charts, paper, pens and also a projector screen. A large fully equipped kitchen makes self catering for a large group easy or for a more trouble free experience why not use one of our local recommended caterers. A few metres from the main house you will find ‘The Cow Shed’, this multifunctional space offers meeting facilities for up to 30 guests. Furnished with conference chairs and tables which you can configure into various layouts to suit your meeting requirements. There is a flat screen TV available for your use but this does need to be requested at the time of booking. The Cow Shed also has a kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities, dishwasher and Smeg fridge freezer. At Lapwing Barns many of these outdoor activities can be done on site as the property has a fabulous outdoor space, including a patio area with picnic benches and BBQ, a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at work.
