We have a dedicated ‘experience room’ for indoor activities, which will also be the perfect space for all your guests to relax and dine together.

Set in the heart of the County Down countryside, the estate is steeped in history with a heritage dating back to the 1600’s. Today, we welcome guests to enjoy our relaxed, luxury cottages - from fun-filled group stays with friends and family, or corporate retreats, to luxurious hen parties – let us help plan the perfect trip tailored to you and your guests.

Specialising in creating unique escapes, pairing fun, adventure and ingenuity with old world charm and character, we cater to every passion and preference, offering a wide spectrum of activities - whether it’s a weekend of sporting endeavours or a little rest and relaxation. Choose from clay shooting, yoga, fly fishing, candle making with the Larchfield beekeeper, to photography lessons, wine tasting or traditional cookery lessons and more. Please note all activities are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

We can also recommend a wide range of activities and places to visit in the local area such as go-karting, horse riding and Hillsborough Castle just a short drive away. ## Facilities

- **WiFi:** All of our accommodation has WiFi available, and mobile signal is good for all major networks.
- **Accessibility:** 9 ground floor bedrooms, one of which has a wet room bathroom.
- **Dog Friendly:** Unfortunately we are currently unable to allow pets to stay over except assistance dogs. Please do contact us directly with any questions.
- **Kitchen:** Rose Cottage, Farm Cottage, The Willows & No23 have modern kitchens complete with dining areas. Archways have tea/coffee facilities. Myrtle has a BBQ.
- **Dining Room:** Farm Cottage and No. 23 can each sit up to 10/11 guests for dinner. We can also arrange private dining for larger groups on request.
- **Sitting Room:** Farm Cottage can sit 6 on sofas, 10 on additional seats. Rose Cottage can sit 4 on sofas. No. 23 can seat up to 11 in the lounge area.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Rose, Willows, Farm and No. 23 have TVs and DVD/Blu Ray players. Rose comes with an iPod dock and Myrtle has a bluetooth speaker.
- **Games Room:** There is no games room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Rose Cottage has a beautiful open fire, and all cottages have central heating. Myrtle the glamping truck has heating, a wood burning stove and BBQ.
- **Bedrooms:** Across our accommodation there are 16 rooms: 10 doubles, 4 twins, 2 optional twin/doubles, 2 additional trundle beds and 1 sofa bed. All en suite.
- **Linen:** All linens and towels are provided for guests at no extra cost.
- **Bathrooms:** All of our bedrooms are en suite and Myrtle the glamping truck even has it's own shower and sauna!
- **Children's Facilities:** Cots and high chairs available and can be provided on request at no additional charge. There are also several child minders that we can recommend.
- **Outdoor:** Larchfield Estate has several acres of walled gardens in addition to outdoor space and barbecue facilities at our cottages and glamping truck.
- **Swimming Pool:** We do not have a swimming pool on site however there are swimming pools very close by.
- **Parking:** Extensive private parking available.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is permitted outside but is prohibited inside all Larchfield Estate buildings. This includes the use of vapes.
