6 Cottages - Sleep 2 to 22.
• 2 cottages sleep 6 (one with sofa-bed)
• 1 cottage sleep 4
• 3 cottages sleep 2 (all have sofa-beds in the lounge)
2 Houses - Sleep 5 to17.
• Farmhouse - 2 double rooms, 1 single room, sleeps up to 5
• Laskill Country House - 5 double rooms plus sofa-beds - sleeps 10 + 2
All can be booked individually, in combination or with exclusive use of the whole site.
This peaceful and tranquil location is ideal for family celebrations, special occasions, a get away with friends - an ideal rural retreat. During the shoot season, there are also opportunities for shooting parties.
Set in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, all of our properties are bright and airy with spectacular views and generous sitting and dining areas. Many of the cottages have wonderful original features, such as exposed stone walls and beams. There's also a shared hot tub on site so you can enjoy an evening dip.
Laskill Country House is the largest of the properties being able to sleep 10-12 guests, and also offers a large and small dining space, fully fitted country kitchen with Aga, comfy lounge room with log fire and warm welcoming entrance hall.
The Farmhouse, works perfectly for smaller groups of up to 5 guests wanting extra living space with large live in kitchen with Aga, conservatory overlooking the garden and pond, lounge room with open log fireplace.
You can book the Houses or Cottages individually or can choose whatever properties suit the dynamics of your group/needs.
With an abundance of local walks and cycle trails in the area, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy locally. Alternatively if you're looking for a weekend of shopping, good food and relaxation, then nearby market towns or the city of York are only a short drive away.
Whilst we are self-catering, evening meals and breakfast hampers can be pre-booked as required.
