The house has a lovely lounge, large dining room able to seat a large group and a large kitchen and utility room. The Mews has a lounge/kitchen, twin bedroom and a double bedroom. There is a separate shower room, with toilet and sink. The Coach house has a boot room, stairs upto the first floor a shower room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms one double one twin, and a lovely lounge/diner. The Well house is a compact lovely house, with a lounge/kitchen, with log burner. A mezzanine level bedroom and shower room. The Glass house is a converted greenhouse, with a double bedroom, and shower room, large kitchen/ lounge. There's a log burner and under floor heating. The Brookhouse is a stunning studio apartment, with open plan living, kitchen and shower room. Laston House is set above the harbour at Ilfracombe, on the north Devon coast, with the harbour only a 5-10 minute walk away. The South West Coastal Path is also on the doorstep, with lovely beaches just a short drive away. Laston house is perfect for friends old and new to relax together. Large families are also welcome. We also welcome corporate groups, and can help arrange team building experiences. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** 3 pets allowed at an extra £50 per pet, in the main house. We also allow pets in the Well house and Glasshouse. - **Accessibility:** 1 step into the house. 2 ground floor bedrooms. Rm1 has a step into the room and into the shower. Rm 2 is on one level, with a step up to the shower. - **WiFi:** WiFi is available. Mobile signal is very good on the majority of service providers. - **Kitchen:** Large kitchen, with a range cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and hot cupboard. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer in the utility room. - **Dining Room:** A number of tables and chairs to be used as you require. The Manor House is able to seat upto 22 in the dining room, more seating can be arranged. - **Sitting Room:** Smart TV, seating on sofas for 12. A table for playing games seating a further 3/4. A number of indoor and outdoor beans bags. Games cupboard. - **TV and Music Facilities:** Each bedroom has a TV. The lounge has a smart TV. The cottages changeover days are on the Saturday in the School holidays.
