The Lavender Manor is available for more mature groups - not exclusively for young groups.
Lavender Manor is in a rural setting, just 10 minutes from the town of Enniskillen - a great base for exploring the beautiful countryside of the County Fermanagh Lakelands.

We offer an excellent environment for a special family get-together, with plenty of space to easily accommodate a large extended family gathering. We have 2 large reception rooms, of which one sports the homely delights of a wood-burning fire. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking views from the breakfast room and the fully equipped kitchen. For larger events, we have a newly refurbished function room, which can seat up to 55 people; ideal for weddings and family get together. Our newest addition to the property is a bar/games room which includes a pool table, table football, karaoke machine and draft beer facilities (contact host to order kegs 7 days before arrival).

The bar/games room has a fully fitted kitchen which opens onto a covered patio with a 7-seater hot tub. This area is ideal for BBQs on our gas BBQ.

After an action-packed day, enjoy a fantastic night's sleep in one of the comfortable bedrooms, several of which are en suite.

The house has a beautiful balcony patio area ideal for family barbecues or a relaxing evening with a glass of wine. Extensive gardens allow children or adults plenty of room to explore. The adjoining fields are home to several pet donkeys, and ponies plus Hugo, Delilah, Whitney and Lilly our alpacas.

While staying in Lavender Manor, you have the wonderful destination of County Fermanagh to explore - from mysterious caves to majestic waterways, Fermanagh is a great location for a family getaway. Plenty of activities to keep the kids active and entertained, and opportunities for peace and relaxation for parents. The Fermanagh Lakelands is an unspoilt network of meandering waterways and islands. For a peaceful break, why not hire a cruiser and make your way around Upper and Lower Lough Erne.

With TV and wood burner or open fire. Manor has Smart TV with WiFi connection, French doors leading onto patio seating area.

TV and Music Facilities

TVs in the living room and 1 in the games room with DAB Digital radio. WiFi services all the house.

Games Room

Bar/games room which includes a pool table, table football, karaoke machine and draft beer facilities.

Heating and Open Fires

Oil fired central heating. Wood burning stove in one of the living rooms and an open fire in the other.

Bedrooms

Manor: 10 bedrooms, 3 en suite. A mix of king, double and single beds.

Linen

All linen provided, including 1 set of towels per guest, bath mats and kitchen linen.

Manor: 3 en suite bathrooms. Separate bath room on 1st flr. Downstairs WC.
