The Manor and Lavender House are available together for larger groups, or individually. Please note that the houses are suited to families and more mature groups - no exclusively young groups - sorry.

The houses enjoy a rural setting, just 10 minutes from the town of Enniskillen - a great base for exploring the beautiful countryside of the County Fermanagh Lakelands.

Both the Manor and Lavender House offer an excellent environment for a special family get together, with plenty of space to easily accommodate a large extended family gathering. Both houses offer 2 large reception rooms, of which one sports the homely delights of a wood-burning stove or log fire. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking views from the breakfast room, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. Or why not show your skills on the pool table in the games room in Lavender House.

After an action-packed day, enjoy a fantastic night's sleep in one of the comfortable bedrooms, several of which are en suite. Lavender Manor has a downstairs en suite bedroom suitable for anyone wishing to avoid stairs.

The house has a beautiful balcony patio area ideal for family barbecues or a relaxing evening with a glass of wine. Large gardens allow children or adults plenty of room to explore. The adjoining fields are home to a number of pet donkeys, ponies and Donald, Delilah, Lionel and Lilly, the alpacas.

The properties both have a wonderful atmosphere which will let you relax and unwind - truly a home away from home that you will remember for a long time.

While staying in Lavender Manor or House you have the wonderful destination of County Fermanagh to explore - from mysterious caves to majestic waterways, Fermanagh is a great location for a family getaway. Plenty of activities to keep the kids active and entertained, and opportunities for peace and relaxation for parents. The Fermanagh Lakelands is an unspoilt network of meandering waterways and islands. For a peaceful break, why not hire a cruiser and make your way around Upper and Lower Lough Erne.

Facilities

Modern and fully equipped. Manor has double Aga with electric component, microwave, dishwasher, dining area, utility room (washing/drying facilities).
The house has seating for 14 -18, and the manor can seat 25 for dining, ideal for celebration dinners together.
With TV and wood burner or open fire. Manor has Smart TV with WiFi connection, French doors leading onto patio seating area.
TVs in the living rooms and 1 in the games room with DAB Digital radio. WiFi services all the house.
WiFi throughout. Good mobile phone signal.
Lavender House has large games room with full sized pool table and TV.
Oil fired central heating. Wood burning stove in one of the living rooms and an open fire in the other.
House: 4 double, 1 quad, and a twin room Manor: 9 bedrooms, 3 en suite. A mix of king, double and single beds.
All linen provided, including 1 set of towels per guest, bath mats and kitchen linen.
House: 3 en suites with showers, separate WC, downstairs WC/shower. Manor: 3 en suite bathrooms. Separate bath room on 1st flr. Downstairs WC.
Manor has a downstairs en suite bedroom. Please contact us with your requirements.
Large enclosed gardens, high chair, stair gate, 2 cots. Games room and hidden playroom, outdoor playhouses.
Barbecue, seating, patio and lovely gardens. Large private well maintained private gardens with pond and woodland path.
There is no swimming pool.
Parking for at least 8 cars.
No smoking in the house, but we do have a lovely smoking veranda.

Enniskillen 6 miles.
Ballinamallard Village shop 1 mile.

A £400 security deposit is required on arrival, refundable post housekeeping.
