The whole property is yours to enjoy, making it particularly well suited to multi-generational family holidays, milestone celebrations and group getaways. The house is designed around spending time together. There are two well-equipped kitchens, spacious living areas, a large dining table, and multiple spaces to gather or find a quieter corner. You'll also find a pool table, piano, darts and board games, as well as a dedicated meeting room that works well for corporate groups and retreats. Outside is where Lawn Road Retreat really comes into its own. Take a dip in the saltwater pool, unwind in the 14+ seater hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire as the evening cools. There's a full-sized floodlit tennis court, a full-size pickleball court, a putting green, croquet lawn, pétanque, basketball and table tennis. Children have their own space too, with a playground and trampoline. For relaxed outdoor dining, there's a pizza oven, barbecue and outdoor dining area. The Retreat is also perfectly placed for exploring Hawke's Bay, with wineries, restaurants, cycling trails, beaches, galleries and boutiques all within easy reach. Golfers are particularly well catered for, with five leading courses, including Cape Kidnappers, within around 20 minutes of the Retreat.
