Le Manoir d'Amiel is an accredited 4-star, fully-equipped French "Manoir" with annexe. Just 10 minutes from the historic UNESCO medieval ‘Citê de Carcassonne’, and 5 minutes from the UNESCO Canal du Midi. It is beautifully furnished with many original restored features, plus all mod-cons. A large group of up to 30 can relax and enjoy the property in complete privacy as all bookings are exclusive - making it the perfect venue for weddings birthdays, parties, family/friend holidays and retreats/corporate events.

The outside entertainment space is as generous as the house itself featuring an 80m2 open-barn complete with summer kitchen, two gas barbecues, one built-in charcoal barbecue and a large dining area set within Provencal-style gardens, where guests will find plenty of seating and a shaded hammock area.  There is also a large hot tub, a perfect place to relax and swimming pool with adjoining paddling pool.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** Home cinema 4K, Denon Sound, with free access to Netflix,Disney+ free, & Sky TV. There is a Speaker with jack and disco lighting.
- **Games Room:** Library with board games and books.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Heating is provided throughout the property by electric heaters.
- **Bedrooms:** All 16 bedrooms have been individually designed with comfort in mind. Most with air conditioning and all with fans. Mix of doubles, twins, bunks
- **Linen:** Linen and bathroom towels are provided, plus swimming towels in July and August.
- **Bathrooms:** There are 12 bathrooms and one WC on the ground floor.
- **Children's Facilities:** We have four cots and high chairs, 2 booster seats, play pen, swings, baby pool, games and DVDs.
- **Outdoor:** 70 m2 barn, with outdoor kitchen, table, darts, three barbecues - two gas, one charcoal and a hot tub all in 3/4 acre of secluded grounds.
- **Swimming Pool:** Outdoor swimming pool with toddler pool attached enclosed by secured fencing. Shaded and sunny areas for sun loungers to relax.
- **Parking:** Parking for up to 6 cars and free parking opposite the house.
- **Smoking:** Smoking only in designated areas in the grounds.

- Prices listed are for either up to 20 or 30 guests
- Catering can be provided at an extra cost
- Daily cleaning can be provided at an extra cost
- A security deposit of £700 is requested two weeks before arrival
- Taxe de sejour payable locally, 18+ for 6 nights.
- All bedding, towels, utilities, pool heating is included in the price unless otherwise stated
- Normally a Friday changeover but other days sometimes accepted
- Weekend bookings (minimum 3 nights accepted off-season) Ask for prices
