In our little corner of paradise, we can accommodate up to 40 people in 3 cottages. One of the 3 cottages - Le Minoterie or Flour Mill - will be equipped with 4 tables for 10 people, so that we can welcome 40 people at table and share good meals. In this same gîte, you'll find all the crockery and cutlery you need for meals for 40. You'll also find a cooker and a professional dishwasher. If that's not enough, the other 2 gîtes also have fully equipped kitchens.
There are 19 bedrooms in all, including 11 with double beds, 7 bathrooms with toilets + 2 separate toilets.
In the outdoor areas, there's something for everyone. There's a soccer pitch, a volleyball court and a games room with billiards, table soccer and table tennis. From May to September, a large heated swimming pool (6 m x 12 m) is available to cool off and share moments of play or relaxation.
From our estate, hiking and biking trails are accessible. With a fishing licence, you can also fish in the river, Le Lié, which runs alongside the property.
The medieval villages of Montcontour and Quintin are only 15-25 minutes away by car. Josselin is also 40 minutes away. A 40-50 minute drive will take you to Plérin's Rosaires beach, Binic sur Etales beach, Val André beach and Erqy beach. It's 1 hour to Saint Malo or Cap Fréhel, and at 1h 30 you can admire the Mont Saint Michel or the Pink Granite Coast.
On-site or off-site, you'll find a wide range of activities! We live on site so we will be very happy to give you advice.
Bonus: the village centre with all its shops, butcher, baker, supermarket, pharmacy, bar and tobacconist is a 10-minute walk away.
