Le Rouzet is a lovely holiday house near Beziers in the south of France sleeping up to 16 guests, ideally located to explore the stunning area and enjoy everything that the Languedoc has to offer. The house suits couples wanting a break away or indeed family groups wishing to enjoy each others company.

Catered breaks can be tailored to your requirements making the most of the fabulous local produce from land, sea and air, including seasonal produce from our very own vegetable garden and olive oil from our very own tree. Choose from Bed and Breakfast up to full board for your group holiday.

The house is offered for your sole enjoyment but please be aware that the owner resides in the house and cater for your chosen meals. The owner is also available to advise on wellness retreats, excursions, beaches, trips and wine tours should you so desire.

Le Rouzet is made for entertaining and is perfect for both young and old guests, for both holidays and special occasions. The outdoor space in particular the pool area is where most of your time will be spent after excursions to explore and enjoy the local area. This includes historical Beziers, seaside towns, wine tours and of course the many markets with everything they have to offer.

Facilities

Kitchen available for hot and cold drinks and snacks which includes a fridge, kettle and microwave. Breakfast is provided, other meals by arrangement.
Depending upon the time of year, meals will be served in the summer kitchen, outdoors but under cover. The in house dining room seats 18.
The sitting room has 3 large sofas and additional chairs with direct access to the East garden.
Full Sky TV is available in the sitting room along with a DVD player and Sonos for playlists and radio throughout the house.
WiFi is available.
A full games cupboard is available in the house with outdoor table tennis, boules and a selection of pool games.
Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor with radiators on the first and second floor. Open fireplace in the sitting room.
6 bedrooms: 5 large doubles (2 with extra single), 1 large twin. 3 have en suites, 1 family bathroom. Additional beds available to sleep max 16.
All bed linen and house bath towels and supplied. Pool and beach towels are not supplied - please bring your own.
3 en suites with showers over bath, 1 shared bathroom between 2 rooms. Family shower room. All bathrooms with private wc.
No specific facilities.
Child's bed and cot, high chairs, toys and cutlery all available for children.
The property is completely secure with enormous boundary walls. The main pool area has sun loungers, tables and chairs. The East garden is similar.
Saltwater heated tiled swimming pool. 10 m x 5 m plus steps.
Off street parking is available on site along with street parking.
A designated smoking area is available outside. No smoking in the house please.
Owner lives in the house with his black labrador, Luna. Sorry - other pets not accommodated.

Location

In the old streets of Cazouls, completely secure and not overlooked. 30 minutes from airport, 20 minutes from Beziers, and the sea, 60 minutes from Montpellier.
The historic city of Beziers, purported to be the second oldest city in France. 20 minutes by car and so so easy by bus.
Cazouls has a number of little boutique shops, bakeries, epiceries and meat and veg. Not to mention the markets every week. All a 2 minute walk.
A 2 minute walk to find a coffee, a glass of wine or a meal.

Prices in Euros. This price includes accommodation and breakfast with home made jams. Additional meals and activities to be priced upon application. Min 3 nights, max 7 nights. 30% deposit to secure booking, bal due 1 month pre arrival. Check in after 4pm, check out by 10am. Flexible changeover days

Beziers train station is 20 minutes or 30 minutes by bus, then 4 hours to Paris or 2 hours to Barcelona.
5 minute walk to the bus to Beziers or inland to stunning Roquebrun and St Chinian.
Beziers airport is 30 minutes, Carcassonne and Montpellier are 60 minutes.
