The estate consists of two distinctive houses, available individually or together for exclusive use. Vintage House, built in 1887, offers historic character and traditional charm, while Industrial House provides a contemporary retreat with modern design and wellness facilities.

LedowoHouse Estate accommodates up to 30 guests:

• Vintage House – sleeps 15

• Industrial House – sleeps 15

Together, the two houses provide spacious living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, flexible bedroom layouts and comfortable accommodation for large groups, including four-legged family members. For special occasions, outdoor gazebos can be arranged to allow all guests to dine and celebrate together.

Guests enjoy an exceptional range of leisure and wellness facilities. The estate features two heated indoor swimming pools, three saunas, a wood-fired hot tub, a dedicated yoga studio available by arrangement and extensive outdoor recreation areas.

One of the property's most distinctive features is its private 6-hole golf course with golf cart and putting green, offering a unique experience rarely found at holiday properties. Additional activities include basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, billiards, bicycles and kayaks. Children will love the playground and outdoor space, while corporate groups can make use of the grounds for team-building activities.

A further highlight is the collection of more than 20 historic Eastern Bloc vehicles, providing a fascinating glimpse into the automotive history of the region and making LedowoHouse Estate especially appealing to car enthusiasts.
