This spacious school campus boarding house offers affordable and flexible accommodation for a wide range of groups including summer schools, sports teams, performing arts groups, educational visits, youth organisations, overseas student groups, corporate training events and self sufficient celebrations. Catering options are available and there is a well equipped kitchen if you prefer to prepare your own meals on a self catering basis.

Guests also have access to dining areas, a fully serviced kitchen, a gym and laundry facilities. While some kitchen storage areas may remain locked, the facilities provide practical support for longer stays and residential programmes.

The boarding house provides accommodation across 27 bedrooms, offering a variety of room configurations to suit different group sizes and requirements, all en suite and 1 with an accessible wet room. With a total capacity of 56, this venue is suitable for large residential group stays.

At the heart of the property is a large function and recreation room featuring a large screen TV, pool tables, gaming facilities, table tennis, giant Connect Four, giant Jenga and a selection of board games - a great social space for fun at the end of a day exploring or engaged in projects.

The extensive grounds offer plenty of outdoor space for activities, team building and recreation. Additional school facilities may also be available by prior arrangement, including use of the swimming pool and all weather astro pitch (both off-site but easily accessible). These facilities are subject to availability and additional hire charges.

Nearby Battle Abbey is famous for the clash between William the Conquerer and King Harold. Hastings is only 15 minutes away, full of coastal charm and deep Medieval history as well as independent shops and cafes.

Please note: The hirer is fully responsible for their own legal requirements, so would need insurances and risk assessments.
