Set in secluded hillside grounds on the Craignish Peninsula, Lerigoligan is a spacious and welcoming waterside retreat designed for groups of up to 9 guests. Surrounded by panoramic views over Loch Craignish, this stone-built croft house combines traditional character with modern eco-friendly living, an ideal escape for families, friends, walkers, cyclists and wildlife enthusiasts alike.

The house has been thoughtfully renovated to provide comfort in every season. Underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump keeps the space warm, while an open fire and a log stove add a cosy atmosphere after a day outdoors. Large windows throughout the house provide spectacular views of the ever-changing west coast scenery.

The farmhouse kitchen is central, fully equipped for group cooking with a large oven, induction hob, generous fridge space, and with a long dining table where everyone can eat together. A conservatory dining area and sun porch offer peaceful spots to take in the landscape, while the sitting room provides a comfortable place to unwind. A piano adds a special touch for relaxed evenings in.

There are 4 bedrooms arranged across 2 floors, offering flexibility for mixed groups. 2 accessible bedrooms are located on the ground floor making the house suitable for guests with limited mobility. 3 modern bathrooms, including one with a bath, ensure convenience.

Outside, the 2.5 acre garden provides plenty of space for children and dogs to play safely and for adults to relax, with outdoor seating areas for enjoying fine weather. The surrounding countryside invites exploration, and walkers and cyclists will appreciate the quiet roads and scenic routes in the area. Guests interested in wildlife can spot birds and marine life directly from Lerigoligan, or take a local boat trip for a different view. From Ardfern there's a boat to the Corryvrechan, Europe’s largest whirlpool and a dramatic spectacle. Historical attractions such as Kilmartin Museum and Carnasserie Castle are within easy reach.

- Long stay discount: 10% discount will be applied to full weeks after the first week
