## About The Property

A lovingly restored group of farms set in 10 acres of grounds. Situated in the Dordogne Périgord Limousin National Park between the towns of Perigueux and Angouleme. We specialise in multi-generational family holidays.

Sleeps 5 to 37 in 5 separate properties:

Beuronne is the largest property with 6 bedrooms sleeping 12/13 people

Martrieux has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8

Lizonne has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 7

Valette and Lidoire both have 2 bedrooms and sleep 5

A gorgeous spot with lovely vistas across the river valley and walks straight from the door. Relax and unwind around the heated pool or find a quiet spot in the 10 acres of grounds. Why not try fishing at our well-stocked lake. Or after a leisurely barbecue watch the shooting stars and toast marshmallows on the fire pit.

The games room with table tennis, air hockey, billiards, etc. Children of all ages will be super happy to discover the trampoline, swings, sandpit, wildflower insect field, bikes, dressing up box, toys galore, football pitch, paddling pool etc. Teenagers will love the good wireless internet across the site.

Each house has its own kitchen/diner, bathrooms, bedrooms (large super kingsize beds), fans and flyscreens, living areas with French and English channels, DVDs, internet, and a private outdoor garden. Thus giving you the space to enjoy the company of your group and also the choice to retreat to your own house if you want some privacy and quiet time away from the party. Bedding and towels included.

A lovely separate, communal, terrace can accommodate your whole group. With bar area that can be stocked by your group with beer on tap ! Try our famous pizza party using the original bread oven. We can also organise a special meal on site using our trusted caterers.

Close to beautiful Brantome, with its lovely river, cobbled streets, restaurants, and gift shops. Try hiring canoes or paddleboarding on the crystal clear river Dronne or Charente to experience the area from another point of view. Or take the kids' tree climbing with a zip wire over a lake. There are countless chateaux and caves to visit. The best of the Dordogne and Charente are all close by.

- **Games Room:** Billiard table, 2x table tennis, air hockey, babyfoot, dressing up box, bats and boules, Molkky. Ninja course.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Lovely log burners, all wood provided.
- **Bedrooms:** Fans, fly screens.
Gite1: 3 doubles, 2 double+single, 1 twin. Gite2 : 3 double, 1 twin.
Gite3: 2 double,1 double+single. Gite4/5: 1 double, 1 triple.
- **Linen:** All linen provided plus 1 large and 1 small towel per person. You may want to bring extra pool towels.
- **Bathrooms:** Baths and showers available.
- **Children's Facilities:** Lots! Football, badminton, ping pong, trampoline, bikes, maze, toys, sandpit, water table, paddling pool, pond dipping, fishing, ninjaline. Baby kit.
- **Outdoor:** Surrounded by woods, meadows and gardens. Each has BBQ with shady seating with parasols and loungers. Large communal covered seating area. 10 acres.
- **Swimming Pool:** 14m x 6m heated pool securely fenced, can be locked at night for extra security. Supervised night time swimming with light on. Open May to end Sep.
- **Parking:** On-site parking and undercover parking for 7+ cars.
- **Smoking:** No smoking inside gites.
- **Everyone Can Dine Together:** Large communal covered terrace with bar area, becomes hub of all the activity!

## Booking Information

- The prices are based on renting all 5 properties and exclusive use of the site. All inclusive price! Includes bedding, towels (not pool towels), end of stay clean and tourism Tax.
- 
- Late July and August our changeover is Saturday and rented on a weekly basis. The rest of the year we can be totally flexible with arrival and departure dates, with a 2 night minimum stay. On a bank holiday weekend minimum 3 nights.
- 
- Dogs accepted on request 50£/dog maximum 2 dogs.
