Due to the clever design of the huge open plan ground floor function/events room, the Lighthouse Barn has the flexibility to attract business groups for seminars, training and team building events. The large oak dining table doubles up as a boardroom for executives with comfortable high backed leather chairs and a large TV screen which can be linked into laptops for presentation purposes.

There are a couple of break out areas at the top end with seating for smaller group projects. In additional there is a stunning Minstrel Gallery to create a further break out area if required. This leads to a luxurious ladies powder room and separate gents toilets.

On the ground floor, the beautiful feature arched window at the lower end frames a stunning relaxing and socializing area furnished with comfortable ‘Orangery style’ seating for all the delegates to relax and enjoy fun and camaraderie in the evenings.

The residential side has 5 large bedrooms, all en suite, for delegates wishing to have their own room or alternatively The Lighthouse Barn can sleep up to 12 delegates in single beds when sharing bedrooms and en suite facilities.

For companies wishing to accommodate a larger number of delegates/executives, we can offer additional residential accommodation at Uppermoor Farm and Holiday Cottages (on the same site) which can offer a further 11 double bedrooms and 10 en suites/private bathrooms. Combined this gives the flexibility to allow for up to 40 delegates when sharing bedrooms and en suites.
