Over the years it has been extended and joined to make a much larger 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage, with plenty of lovely features and character, including beams, low doorways and quite a steep staircase. This holiday cottage near Henley in Arden is very new to the holiday market and reviews to date are glowing. The cottage consists of an entrance snug with sofa, a dining room that has French doors onto the private rear garden, complete with hot tub. The dining table seats 8 so you can all enjoy dinner together. There is a lovely beamed ceiling lounge with a corner recliner sofa that again can seat 8 and there's a 65 inch smart TV so you can log into all of the streaming services (own account required for Netflix, Prime and others). Finally on the ground floor is a lovely kitchen that again has a door out to the garden and comes complete with a good range of equipment and all the plates, dishes, cups, mugs, glasses and cutlery you should need. The garden is nice and private and has a large hot tub, an outside dining table that seats 8 and a lovely lawned area. Upstairs is a master bedroom and en suite that can come with either a superking bed or 2 singles. There is also a smart TV in this room. The en suite is a shower room with lovely rainfall shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The third bedroom can be either a superking or 2 singles and finally the 4 bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a full bathroom on this floor with bath and shower over. There is private parking for 2 vehicles and plenty more on street parking if you have more than 2 cars. Aston Cantlow is a beautiful historic village with 2 pubs within a few minutes walk from the cottage. The Kings Head also serves delicious meals and Sunday lunch and has a lovely beer garden. Henley-in-Arden 5 miles,  historic Stratford-upon-Avon 6 miles. ## Facilities - **Hot Tub:** Hot tub in the private rear garden, prepared specially for your group and is available to use immediately when you arrive. - **WiFi:** The Cottage has Full Fibre throughout with superfast speeds of 300 MBPS. - **Dining Room:** Separate dining room with French doors leading to the garden, with a dining table and 8 dining chairs. This is next to the kitchen to make life easy. - **Outdoor:** A beautiful garden complete with hot tub, outdoor dining table and a lovely lawned area. - **TV and Music Facilities:** 65 " Smart TV in lounge and Smart TV in master bedroom. - **Sitting Room:** Separate snug area to the main lounge so plenty of seating to spread out. - **Kitchen:** Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, large fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine. - **Bedrooms:** 4 bedrooms (1 is en suite). 2 bedrooms can have the beds as superkings or 2 singles and the other 2 have 2 singles in each. Sleeping 8 in total. - **Bathrooms:** 2 bathrooms: 1 is an en suite shower room and the other main bathroom has a bath with shower over. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Full central heating throughout that can be boosted whenever you like.
