There are 6 bedrooms in total:
- 3 double bedrooms: 2 share toilet/shower, the 3rd has a bathroom with bath
- 2 twin bedrooms, one of which can contain three single beds for children, with en suite shower/toilet
- 1 queen bedroom
- We also have a little travel cot available, with a nice mosquito net so your little one can safely enjoy the beautiful garden.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Suburban and quiet... A friendly established neighbourhood with very large gardens. Impossible to find such a peaceful space with such easy access to Inverness and local amenities. Should your group wish to venture further afield, A 45 minute drive will take you to Aviemore and the Cairngorms and there are many golf courses and clubs to visit in the area for your golfing holiday requirements. Castle Stuart, host of the Scottish Open Golf, is just 30 minutes drive from the luxurious self catering home. Bogbain Adventure & Heritage Farm is 30min away, with the best skiing in the UK, cycling, hiking, kayaking, husky sledding and horse riding as well as spectacular Highland scenery. Also close by (~3 miles), is the famous battle field at Culloden with a visitor's centre, and Clava Cairns, the site of a fascinating prehistoric monument.

The Linn is well situated, just 0.5 miles away from Inverness, the Celtic capital of the Highlands, with easy access to both the airport (7 miles) and the centre of town. There's ample parking for as many cars as you like, you can also walk through countryside to the local amenities, supermarket, craft shops and Sports Centre, as well as the bus stop, in 10 minutes.

Seats 8 at one table, 4 at another.

Sitting Room

Large lounge with sofas for 5, catches soft light of sunsets. Can be used as bedroom (futon) if needed as space for additional guests. Sun room.

TV and Music Facilities

Brand new TVs in sun room and big lounge as well as an iPad/iPhone dock.

Games Room

There is no games room.

Heating and Open Fires

Open fire in the afternoon light room, coal burning stove in morning light room and central heating in every room.

Bedrooms

2 queen, 2 double, 2 twins (one of which can have an extra bed if required).

Linen

Linen provided: towels and bed linen.

Bathrooms

Three bathrooms/toilets: two with showers, third has bath/shower.

Children's Facilities

There are no specific facilities for children.

Outdoor

Large well established gardens, 1.7 acres, with lawns, secluded patio with flowers, many trees, and a stream.

Swimming Pool

There is no pool but there are leisure facilities in Inverness.

Parking available for 8 cars.
