Little Cowarne Court is a 17 century court set in the centre of the small Herefordshire village of Little Cowarne. With 7 double bedrooms, and a triple, this property comfortably sleeps 17 and is perfect for holidays with groups of friends, family reunions and parties.

There is a large farmhouse kitchen with seating for 17, large lounge and 8 bedrooms, 2 en suite bathrooms, 2 other bathrooms and a cloakroom. We have 2 ground floor bedrooms and ground floor bathroom.

Visitors can enjoy the quiet beauty of the area with lovely walks and cycling, or visit local towns and villages. Hereford, Malvern and Ludlow are all within easy reach. For families there is an open farm in the village and many other family attractions close by.

Also a local pub within walking distance and the local towns and villages around Bromyard have many good restaurants and pubs.

Recently renovated at the same site we have The Stables and Tack Room that can accommodate 2, 6, 8 or 10.

- **Dog Friendly:** Dogs accepted but only by arrangement.
- **Accessibility:** 2 downstairs bedrooms easily accessible. Bathroom and cloakroom downstairs. Also on same site a wheelchair friendly apartment - The Tack Room.
- **WiFi:** WiFi is provided. Mobile reception is not good.
- **Kitchen:** Fully equipped, 2 electric ovens, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, 2 dishwashers. Large pots and pans, hot trolley. Ample plates, glasses and crocks.
- **Dining Room:** Farmhouse kitchen with seating for 17.
- **Sitting Room:** Large sitting room.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Digital TV, DVD player and music system.

- **Games Room:** Table tennis, pool and a sand pit.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Full central heating.
- **Bedrooms:** 8 bedrooms: Downstairs 1 bunkbed room (double on bottom), 1 twin (can be king size). Upstairs 3 twins (2 can be king size), 2 doubles, 1 four poster.
- **Linen:** Linen and towels provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 2 en suite bathrooms, and 2 more bathrooms and 1 cloakroom.
- **Children's Facilities:** Travel cot, high chair and stair gates available.
- **Outdoor:** Beautiful private garden with outdoor tables and chairs and barbecue.
- **Swimming Pool:** We do not have a pool. Nearest Swimming Pool - Leominster - 15 mins drive.
- **Parking:** Ample parking.
- **Smoking:** No smoking in the house.

## Booking Information

- Flexible with start days for weekends, weekly breaks generally start on a Friday. Check in is 3.00 pm and check out 10.30 am but we try to accommodate guests with a late as poss check out time.
- Do call to discuss your needs as we can be flexible subject to availability.
