Little Massingham Manor, a large holiday house near Kings Lynn in Norfolk, is the perfect venue for group gatherings, whether that be friends, family, colleagues or other. Groups would have exclusive use of the site. There are 63 acres of woodland, meadows, paddocks and professionally designed gardens to explore.
The 7 guest bedrooms within the Manor, and 4 guest lodges within the grounds, can be hired together by a group to accommodate 20-26 people depending on bedroom set-ups.
There is a wellness centre and team of practitioners based on site, offering an array of health and beauty services. This consists of a gym, yoga studio and treatment rooms. There is also a woodland spa, which includes a wood-burning hot tub, sauna, ice bath, changing room and woodland shower with some outstanding views.
The 4 guest lodges within the grounds all have their own private wood-burning hot-tubs, and guest feedback to date on all of them has been sensational – guests have loved the properties as well as the tranquil setting they are nestled in – a real nature lover’s paradise.
Within the Arts and Crafts house, there are 7 newly decorated bedrooms (currently 3 twins and 4 double bedrooms). 3 are en-suite and the other 4 share 2 bathrooms. There is a large formal dining room which can comfortably seat 14 people, and a breakfast room which can seat 12-14 people. There is a snug with comfortable seating for watching TV and a large open plan kitchen.
We have a catering team on-site who can prepare specially designed menus.
We team up with lots of special local people and special businesses, so can create some really memorable itineraries – anything from the latest team building activities to chocolate making, gin tasting to SUP or boat charters on the North Norfolk coastline.
Great Massingham has just been named as one of the best places to live in the East of England, and it’s not hard to see why – with it’s fantastic array of independent shops, complimenting perfectly it’s beautiful surroundings - rural Norfolk at it’s best. Even the local store/post office has won National awards, and centred in the village is the magnificent Dabbling Duck Inn.
