These properties are perfectly hidden away in a peaceful location on our farm in the valley of Northcott, 2 miles from the local seaside town of Bude and guests can also walk to the local beach of Northcott Mouth and the coast path along our farm lane in under 20 minutes.
Enjoy breakfast on the lawn in peaceful surroundings and in the evening light up the barbecue and watch the sun go down without worrying about disturbing neighbours, perhaps whilst relaxing in the hot tub.
Guests staying at Northcott really get the sense of getting away from the hustle and bustle, with plenty of space for all the family. It is also perfect for two families wanting to holiday together as the house alone provides spacious living accommodation for up to 8 people.
The accommodation is made up of two double bedrooms with king size oak beds, both en-suite with walk-in rain showers, two twin bedrooms, luxury family bathroom with whirlpool bath, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, utility room, dining room with large dining table (seating up to 10) and funky chairs, and a lounge with panoramic countryside onto coastal views over the large enclosed gardens.
The Cabin next door provides open plan, fully equipped accommodation for a couple with entrance porch for wellies, carpeted lounge area with leather sofa and widescreen TV, DVD player and CD/iPod docking station, fully equipped kitchen area, bedroom area with king-size solid oak bed and separate luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and over-bath shower. The garden has some low trees providing shade from the summer sun, a picnic table with parasol and gas barbecue.
Little Northcott has a raised patio area with garden furniture, gas barbecue and hot-tub, and for young families there is a swing & climbing frame, slides and range of ride ons.
