Sleeping up to 10 guests across five thoughtfully designed bedrooms, it is perfect for multi-generational holidays, two families sharing, or groups celebrating a special occasion together.

At the heart of the home is a stunning open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. This bright, sociable hub is made for long, leisurely meals and time spent together, whether cooking in the fully equipped modern kitchen, gathering around the dining table, or unwinding on the large sofa. In winter, the log burner creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, while in summer, bi-fold doors open fully onto the garden for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The garden is a standout feature, designed for both relaxation and fun. With open lawn space, a trampoline for children, and the option to add a hot tub, it caters to every age. The outdoor kitchen, complete with barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven, makes al fresco dining effortless and memorable.

Inside, additional living spaces include a separate TV room or study, a boot room for sandy shoes, and a practical utility room with garden access. Thoughtful touches throughout make longer stays easy and comfortable, with flexible spaces for both relaxation and remote working if needed.

Bedroom arrangements are highly flexible, with two ground floor king-size rooms (both en-suite), a first-floor twin or super king room, a dorm-style room with four singles ideal for children or groups, and a private garden annexe with a double bedroom and en-suite for added privacy.

Just a short walk from West Wittering’s famous sandy beach, dunes, village shops and local pub, Little Orchard is perfectly placed for coastal adventures, watersports, and scenic walks along the shoreline. With off-street parking for three cars and a welcoming, family-friendly layout, it is a truly special base for a memorable seaside escape.

Please note: the hot tub is an optional extra and seasonal availability applies. During July and August, bookings are for 7 nights or more, typically with a Saturday changeover.
