We typically cater for school residential trips, corporate and other team bonding weekends, sports tours, cub and scout groups, as well as family get togethers and more. Bespoke packages on request. The Bunkhouse provides basic 'BYO' bedding for up to 30 people in 3 large rooms (10,8,8) and 2 smaller rooms (3,1). Showers and toilets are in the adjoining communal block with one single toilet in the bunkhouse itself for overnight use. The Lodge is a 12 bed Scandinavian style chalet overlooking the lake and provides a much higher standard of accommodation with 5 bedrooms (bedding provided), 3 bathrooms including disabled facilities, dining room seating 12, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine; also the use of the lawned area around the lake. The Camping Chalets provide intermediate standard stays with 4 sets of bunks sleeping 8 in 2 bedrooms, basic kitchen with microwave, fridge and kettle, bathroom and decking area, all overlooking the playing field. The Old Stable is a 2 bedroomed self contained cottage which can sleep up to 8 comfortably with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and cosy living room with log burner, ideal for winter breaks having recently been fully refurbished and insulated throguhout. The Activity Centre provides 10 acres of activities including a climbing/high ropes tower with zip line, mud assault course, orienteering, watersports lake and playing field. Coming for Spring 2021 is a 15m indoor pool with traverse climbing wall and 'deep water solo' overhang. All guests have the opportunity of booking various activities during their stay. We can offer food most of the year in our fully catered kitchen and group dining room and there's also an outdoor kitchen which can be reserved including sink, gas rings and gas barbecue. ## Facilities - **WiFi:** Good mobile phone signal throughout the site and WiFi available in the common room as well as some of the accommodation. - **Accessibility:** There is a DDA compliant en suite annex in the Lodge. - **Dog Friendly:** Pets considered by prior arrangement. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times due to other site users including small children. - **Kitchen:** Fully catered option usually available as well as self catering and use of our new outdoor kitchen. - **Dining Room:** Large 80 seat dining area for the Bunkhouse while the Lodge, Old Stable and camping chalets have their own dining areas. - **Sitting Room:** Seating can be on benches outside the Bunkhouse or in the dining hall, while the Lodge, Old Stable and camping chalets have their own sitting rooms. - **TV and Music Facilities:** The Lodge has a TV.
