Sleeps 16 under one roof.  

Llanhedric House can be booked separately for groups of up to 16 or can be booked in conjunction with The Grain Loft to extend the sleeping capacity to 20 or to facilitate larger celebrations, workshops, or weddings.

Llanhedric House is set in a private estate with total privacy and is available exclusively. Located in one of the most picturesque parts of the country, there are panoramic views of the rolling South Shropshire hills, which can be enjoyed from the south facing gardens and walks from the doorstep.

This spacious and grand country house manages to maintain a homely and welcoming ambience. It has 7 elegantly decorated bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A downstairs bedroom with a bathroom next to it is available and useful for those with restricted mobility.  With a large dining table, extensive kitchen and charming lounge, there are plenty of social areas for everyone to enjoy time together, yet space for grown-ups to enjoy time alone and kids to have the best ever game of 'hide and seek'. The games room includes a pool table, flat screen TV and sound system, and a second games room is perfect for some friendly competition with table tennis, table football and darts.

The extensive gardens are yours to enjoy; dine alfresco on the outside seating area, play the garden games, or let the children play on the swings or run around in a safe and fun environment. If you want to include a hot tub in your stay this can be arranged.

The Grain Loft, a beautifully restored 400 year old barn, is filled with character, with has its own kitchen, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 4 people in an impressive and enchanting bedroom with sheer partition separating the king bed from 2 singles.

This is an idyllic Shropshire venue full of history, charm and space that will offer your group a truly unique stay.

- **Heating and Open Fires:** 2 wood burner fires, electric heaters and central heating.
