The old farm buildings at Llety Ceiro have been converted into 11 en suite bedrooms sleeping up to 26 guests and having their own facilities (TV, tea making, hairdryer, iron).

3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and one is adapted to suit a wheelchair user with a wet room. There are 4 twin rooms, 4 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and 1 family room with bunks.

There's a large sitting room with a bar with adjoining conservatory with a view of nearby fields and rolling hills.

Guests can organise small events in the sitting room while keeping the conservatory for their dining needs. The 2 rooms offer dining for up to 60 together, with the conservatory alone seating 26. The kitchen is of commercial standard for preparing meals for large groups. Or arrange for a catering company to take over the work?

Outside there's ample parking. The outside decking area is enclosed and can sit 26, with a gas BBQ and gas patio heater. It's possible to hire in a hot tub for your group.

The property is near the village of Bow Street. The local pub, Rhydypennau Inn, and Rhydypennau Craft Centre and Cafe are within walking distance. The village also has a butcher and deli, Chinese take away and fish & chip shop. There's a local shop for essentials and an alternative pub within a short drive.

The seaside village of Borth with a long sandy beach and quaint shops is only a short drive away. Borth is a great place to walk along the sea wall whatever the weather, visit the Animalarium or enjoy a film at the cinema, formally an old chapel.

Alternatively visit the University town of Aberystwyth, only a short drive away. The seaside town is full of Welsh history and culture including the National Library, Ceredigion Museum and Aberystwyth Art Centre. Take a walk along the famous prom or alternatively visit the shops and great places to eat and drink.

Ceredigion boasts a range of places to enjoy walking, biking, water sports and golfing. There are beautiful places to visit to enjoy the wildlife. There is a selection of great places to eat in the surrounding area to suit all budgets and tastes.
