The Lock Keeper's Snipe
The Lock Keeper's Snipe has been finished to a high standard and includes all the mod cons to ensure a comfortable stay. The open plan design, high beamed ceilings and large glass frontage create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for entertaining and enjoying the tranquility of the beautiful surroundings. The barn is all arranged on one floor surrounding the courtyard.
There is a family bathroom, 4 en suites and a cloakroom next to the utility room.
There is also a utility room with a 2nd dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer which guests can use.
Outside the courtyard and barbecue area are enclosed by a Cotswold stone wall making it a safe environment for children. A large table, chairs and parasol are perfect for alfresco dining. To the rear of the barn is a large grassy area with further seating ideal for games and BBQ's watching the sunset.
There is also an outdoor tin bath with heating and lighting for an evening bathe under the stars!

For slightly smaller groups of up to 10, Owl Barn is situated just across the driveway. An idyllic barn conversion with a large paddock surrounding the barn for children to play and with sweeping views of Chimney Meadows Nature Reserve make this a picturesque getaway.
Owl Barn has a large kitchen and dining space, well equipped with all the mod cons, but wonderfully luxurious. 5 double bedrooms, 3 with ensuites, 1 family bathroom.
As the barn is located in a nature reserve, there are plenty of lovely walks and cycle routes from the doorstep. It is well located for exploring The Cotswolds, including nearby Burford which is often referred to as 'the gateway to the Cotswolds' and the iconic city of Oxford with its historic colleges and fantastic shopping.
