Looking for a perfect escape for friends and family in a picturesque, idealistic setting? The Lodge at Loch Fyne is a stylish and elegant Victorian shooting lodge on the shores of Loch Fyne, a short drive to the nearest village, Strachur. Set in a very rural and peaceful location, this is a fantastic base for many outdoors activities, including fishing, walking, cycling and loch kayaking. Great holiday accommodation for friends, families and hen and stag groups looking for active weekends.

Chic but relaxed, and luxuriously furnished, the Lodge sleeps up to16 people in 3 double bedrooms, 2 triple rooms and 1 quad room, and benefits from 3 bathrooms with roll-top baths, 2 with additional showers and 1 large walk-in shower room.

With plenty of living space, you can relax in the sumptuous lounge with a real coal fire overlooking the loch, or get acquainted with the Aga in the well-appointed kitchen, which is a dream to cook in. The dining room easily caters for up to 18 people and is perfect for that celebratory meal. For that special occasion, outside catering can easily be arranged. The sunny breakfast room is great for alfresco and relaxed dining.

For larger groups, there may be an opportunity to hire out a 32 foot caravan which sleeps an additional 4

There is a 7 person hot tub situated within the secluded rear gardens.

- **Accessibility:** There is access through the back door on ground level with one double bedroom and separate bathroom along the hall.

- **Kitchen:** Well appointed with a 4 oven Aga, conventional electric cooker, ample fridge and freezer space, granite worktops and breakfast table and chairs.
- **Dining Room:** We have a stunning dining room allowing you to seat 18 around a solid oak table with chandeliers, log fire and restored French dining room dresser.
- **Sitting Room:** Gorgeous spacious lounge with Victorian marble working fire, plenty of comfortable loungers, bay window overlooking the Loch to Inveraray Castle.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a wide screen TV, Sky TV, DVD player.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Full central heating, 1 open fire and 1 log burner.
- **Bedrooms:** Luxuriously furnished, the house sleeps 16 in 3 double bedrooms, 2 triple rooms and 4 in a quad room with 4 single beds.
- **Linen:** linen and hand towels are provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 6 in total - 3 spacious bathrooms with roll top baths, 2 with additional showers and 1 large walk in shower room.
- **Children's Facilities:** We can provide a high chair and cot.
- **Outdoor:** All of the gardens are very private and, at the back of the house, the kitchen opens onto outdoor seating with trampoline, and barbecue.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no swimming pool but there is a hot tub, situated in the secluded rear gardens.
- **Parking:** There is parking for up to 12 cars.
- **Smoking:** There is a no smoking policy inside of the building.
