## About The Property

The lodges house a mix of single, double and adult bunk beds, all hand made, a total of 18 people over the 3 lodges:

Cedar lodge sleeps 7, Maple sleeps 6 and Beech lodge sleeps 5

We are happy to rent 1, 2 or all 3 lodges but only to the same party on weekends. However on weekdays we are happy hire them out individually

Ideal for families, groups of friends, hen parties and girls weekends, these gorgeous lodges are perfect for a peaceful and private getaway.

The cabins have all been built by hand with our own wood and are individually different both inside and out. They have been finished to the highest standard and offer a little bit of luxury in beautiful surroundings. There is a footpath through the wood where you can take a stroll and fishing in the lake. Or you can sit and just watch the birds and lake wildlife.

All 3 lodges have 2 bedrooms (we provide bed linen but not towels), a bathroom and kitchen. They are all self contained and have separate outdoor areas. There is also a shared hot tub area and outdoor eating areas. All have a view of the lake and access to a small pier

Cedar Lodge (7) has a large decking area with seating and an outside kitchen with barbecue. There is a shared hot tub with the Maple Lodge under a wooden covered area. Maple Lodge (6) has an outside seating area over looking the lake. Beech Lodge (5) is adjacent to the access to the lake, has its own hot tub and BBQ

And the Lodges are in a great position for exploring South Wales too. Cardiff City is a short distance away, and both the stunning scenery of the Brecon Beacons and the glorious beaches of Gower Peninsular are within an hour's drive - very different locations, both fantastic for a day trip.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** No pets accommodated - sorry.
- **Accessibility:** Cedar Lodge has disabled access.
- **Hot Tub:** yes
- **WiFi:** Yes, can be a little patchy in bad weather but normally good
- **Kitchen:** All 3 have a kitchen complete with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and ovens. Cutlery, crockery and glasses are also provided.
- **Dining Room:** Each lodge has a seated breakfast bar. Cedar lodge has an outside seating area for 12-15 people.
- **Sitting Room:** The lodges are open plan and contain a sofa/lounge area.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** No TV or music - enjoy the peace! and you can bring your own speakers for music if you wish.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** All lodges are centrally heated.
- **Bedrooms:** 2 bedrooms in each lodge sleeping up to 7 in Cedar, 6 in Maple and 5 in Beech. Mix of doubles and hand made single bunks.
- **Linen:** Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels.
- **Bathrooms:** Each bathroom contains a basin, toilet and power shower and heated towel radiator.
- **Children's Facilities:** No specific facilities. The lodges are adjacent to the lake so children must be properly supervised.
- **Outdoor:** Cedar has a large deck which has a barbecue and seating area. There are other seating areas and hot tub areas.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no pool. There are shared hot tubs.
- **Parking:** Ample parking close to the lodges.
- **Smoking:** Outside only please.

- We require a £500 non refundable fee to secure your booking and will happily give you a call to discuss all your needs and talk you through the property details. We do allow children (under 18) however they have to be under parental supervision at all times. Our check in/out times vary.

We are in our own wood on the edge of Canada Lake, near the village of Creigiau and Pentyrch. 15mins form Cardiff centre, 40 mins from the Brecon National park and 1 hr from the Gower.
