With fantastic party space, the Villa is perfect for overnight birthday celebrations, large family get togethers, and well-behaved hen and stag parties.

The Villa has a stunning loft lounge on the third floor, with views over Great Yarmouth and plenty of comfy seating. Downstairs, there's a fabulous Banquet Hall with table and bench seating for 16+, a kitchen and private mini pub with games area and a sound system to get the party started.

On the middle floor there are 3 double bedrooms plus a bunk room with 2 triple bunk beds, and 2 Victorian style roll-top bathrooms, so plenty of space for everyone.

The Cottage has access onto the roof terrace - a great spot for chilling with a coffee or evening drink.

The Courtyard rooms provide extra en suite accommodation and privacy. The courtyard can be used for smoking.

Great Yarmouth is a great location for a weekend away with friends or family. There are sandy beaches perfect for children, and the renowned Pleasure Beach, Golden Mile and Hippodrome Circus - great world famous attractions for a fun day or evening out. Local bars and restaurants are a moment away.

Booking Information

Please note our key booking terms:

All bookings require an initial 10% payment to secure your chosen dates
The balance of your booking is due in full, at least 30 days prior to your stay
We operate a minimum 2 night stay policy. Check -in and check – out times are negotiable
We require the lead booker to verify their identity on our secure system. We are ICO registered
We accept card payments via our Channel Manager, Uplisting, as well as bank transfers into our business bank account
At our discretion, we may offer payment plans for larger group bookings. Or facilitate multiple payments from different guests
All bookings are fully refundable until 30 days before your stay. Then we operate a sliding scale of refunds, depending if we relet your chosen dates
We require a refundable damage deposit for all bookings. The current rates are: The Villa £500, The Cottage £150, The Cosy £50, The Snug £50. Whole Site £750
