Owned by architectural designer Michael Bains and interior stylist and author Catherine Woram, the house has been featured in many interior design magazines and is regularly used for photographic shoots by businesses including Designers Guild, The White Company, Marks & Spencer and John Lewis.

This Elmbourne Road London town house has 7 bedrooms including a fabulous master suite with a 20 foot bathroom and walk in shower area plus a separate dressing room. There are 4 further double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a large bedroom with 3 single beds. Optional pull-out beds and mattresses are available for additional guests.

The enormous modern kitchen extension, with sitting area, features a 5 metre island unit – this room is perfect for catering and can sit 16 or more for supper. The formal dining room can sit 16 or more and enjoys views over the common (park) opposite. The 34 foot living room has 2 fire places and a library area for relaxing.

For the summer months there is an outdoor eating area, gas barbecue and patio heater.
