Long Barn Cottages offer the ideal balance of shared space and private accommodation, making them perfect for celebrations, reunions or relaxing holidays for larger families and groups of friends. The 3 properties are single storey, so a great option for anyone less mobile too.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of Long Barn's excellent leisure facilities, which include a private indoor heated swimming pool with an Endless Pool swimming machine, an indoor hot tub and a well-equipped gym. Shared facilities (with neighbouring Trehill Cottages) include 2 well-stocked fishing lakes, 4.5 acres of landscaped grounds, a children's play area and a games room with table tennis, air hockey and table football. There's outside dining space which can be used for a sociable group barbecue too.

Hawthorn Cottage sleeps 8 and features 2 king size bedrooms with private bathrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a generous open plan living area with comfortable seating, a 50 inch TV, and a fully equipped luxury kitchen with dining space where 16 guests can comfortably gather. Outside, a large private deck with barbecue and optional outdoor hot tub provides the perfect place to chill.

The 2 smaller cottages are just as comfortable and suitable for a family or 2 couples. Both offer contemporary open plan living spaces with a comfortable lounge, fully fitted kitchen, dining area, stylish walk in wet room, and spacious private deck. One enjoys lake views, while the other occupies an enviable end-of-terrace position close to the leisure facilities.

Ideally located near Callington and St Mellion, these cottages provide an excellent base for exploring Cornwall. Discover the scenic Tamar Valley, enjoy championship golf courses, visit the beaches around Looe and Polperro, explore picturesque fishing villages, National Trust properties, gardens, and woodland walks, or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside with excellent local pubs, cafés and family friendly attractions all within easy reach for a day out.

- Short breaks:

- For 1 to 2 nights deduct 40% from the weekly price

- For 3 nights deduct 30% from the weekly price

- Changeover day is usually a Friday but we can be flexible outside school holidays
